Yesterday, while doing yard work, I found the technician's garbage left at my generator, as shown in the attached photos. Mistakes happen, and I called Reliable yesterday. 12/22 and asked to speak to someone in service. When I asked for a person in service, I was asked for my reason for calling. I said I was a customer dissatisfied with the work I did and wanted to address this with someone managing the service. I was placed on hold and, minutes later, advised that the manager was busy and would need to call me back. Unfortunately, I did not receive a return call. Today I called again at 1:30 pm EST and was placed on hold when I asked for service. I was informed again that the manager was busy and would need to call me back. Well - Manager - this is why I was calling... See photos. I will look for another Generac-approved service company for future maintenance. Perhaps by not having me as a customer will free up some time for the Busy-Manager.

We were more than satisfied with his service. You are very lucky to have a young man his age that knows what he is doing and comes with a smile on his face to your home. He came to service our generator for its 6 month checkup. He installed a new battery for us as well.
