He kept saying that he wasn’t trying to upsell me but needed to bring in a supervisor. I understand upset but the estimate on what I wanted done was over $1000!

He went on to say that the entire electrical system throughout the house was unsafe and needed replacement. The final straw was the so-called estimate which was poorly written and unclear as to what the work was and had a price tag more than three times more than the company we ultimately went with. There was a supervisor sent to follow up who provided a more reasonable quote but was still much higher than anyone else. The new company, we ultimately went with, showed me everything they would do and what in fact really needed to be done, debunking most of what Power House tried to ‘sell’ me as necessary. Never again will I allow them on my property. Beware and be sure to get other estimates at the very least! It pays to shop!

Our assigned plumber, Jorge, has been phenomenal. Spending so much time on our property with the maintenance of the sewer lines…he is now known by our owners and is well respected. We now utilize Jorge and Powerhouse for all of our plumbing needs.
