  I called Monday and they came the next day. They gave me a 4 hour window and showed up on time. I was having a intermittent problem with my refrigerator circuit tripping. They had the part on hand and replaced it. Fast friendly service.

  We had a great experience with Powerhouse they delivered what they promised and great customer service. Our technician was Jorge he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He had to come several times because FPL would not come out to disconnect the electricity, but Jorge was so patient and reassuring that he would get us through this. He was absolutely great and very professional.

  Called emergently when my water heater went out. People on the phone were very pleasant and had the tech out quickly ( accommodating my schedule ) Jorge was my tech. He was excellent , knowledgeable and informative . I was discussing another issue I had with mold and the duct system that was recently cleaned . He informed me of other services that match my needs . I will be calling for additional services . One stop shop . Reasonable pricing . Highly recommend

  The technician Brandon was fantastic. He ran the generator checked the out put voltage and he then transferred the house to the generator. He then checked the input voltage to the electrical panel in the garage. He checked all breakers and connectors. He gave me a comfortable feeling that all is good with the operation and performance of my Cummins generator. Very pleased with Brandon and with Power House. Buy the way I like their new trucks.👍👍

  Do not even have this company come out to assess your issue unless you want to be charged astronomically for not even fixing the problem. Nor was the technician interested in fixing the problem, he kept telling me I have a builder grade unit (my AC unit is only 2 years old mind you!) & sent me quotes for their units ranging from $8-10k. Got sent a hefty bill that included detecting where my leak was before they even detected it & when the guy comes back after I stated to finish the detection if he’s already charging for it, he asks if I’ve paid already. No, the job wasn’t done & that’s preposterous. Then they send a text for payment stating they’ll send to collections or put a lien on the house. Really would have appreciated someone from the office reaching out. Completely dissatisfied. They are commission based, that is All they care about, they do not care about your best interest or trying to fix anything. Should be a crime.
