  I read reviews and BBB reports on many companies before calling Hawkins. Nelson was our technician. Could not be happier with the service/quotes. All our questions were answered in detail and in an easily understood manner. Recommend the company and Nelson highly!!

  Nelson was great to work with and took the time to walk me through a detailed estimate for the air conditioning system in my remodel. He helped me figure out the right size system I’d need and came up with a good plan for the ductwork, which made me feel confident in what I was being told. Even though Hawkins offers free estimates, Nelson spent a lot of time going over everything with me. I actually offered to pay him for his time because of how thorough he was, but he said the best way to repay him was just to leave an honest review of my experience with Hawkins. I did end up going with someone my general contractor recommended since their price was lower, but Nelson’s pricing was still reasonable. Based on how detailed he was in explaining everything, I really believe Hawkins would have done a thorough, high quality job. If this were my long term home, I’d absolutely call Nelson and Hawkins again.

  We just moved here and and needed the vents cleaned. After doing the vents they cleaned up after themselves and I have to say both guys were extremely pleasant to deal with. Rey came back today to measure all my vents for replacement covers. I would definitely recommend Hawkins.

  Great communication, service and attention to detail.They let you know what time they are arriving, what the work will involve and they get right down to business. From diagnosis to discussing a plan of action and then working the plan. It went flawless and it was all because of Jake, Joe, Rey and Bradley. Hawkins HSC took the worry out of what can often be a stressful decision when it comes to a major purchase such as a heat pump heating and cooling system. Keep up the good work Hawkins.

  Nelson came out to repair my AC fan and motor. He was fantastic with a diagnostic, didn’t pressure upsells or cross sells, and fixed what our past AC repair and maintenance company mistakenly installed. I’ve also had Hawkins run electrical for my pool and they were great as well. I’d recommend Nelson and his team to anyone needing services.
