Part of the renovation was adding many custom cabinets along with 5 slabs of quartz counter tops all supplied by FDD Cabinets. The cabinets look fabulous. However, we did have a problem with the quartz. At a cost of $25K (grade A quality) they did not look good. Turns out that the quartz was defective. We were very concerned because we are not quartz experts so we were not sure how FDD Cabinets would respond and what we would needed to do to get them right. FDD was as concerned as we were. They came right out and inspected the quartz and agreed something was not right. FDD cabinets came through for us and took care of the problem immediately. I have renovated several homes and problems do arise. It’s not that there was a problem, it’s what the company behind them does. FDD Cabinets followed up immediately and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them.
