  Eastern Architectural Systems (EAS) provides exceptional product quality and dependable customer service. Their current lead time is approximately six weeks, and it would be even better if it could be reduced to two to three weeks. I believe EAS has made significant improvements in both quality and service in recent years. Their team works well together to support distributors like us. On one occasion, they made a minor mistake with our delivery, but they stepped up and resolved it immediately, saving us from having to reschedule multiple installations. We have used EAS products on many projects and have received numerous compliments, earning strong trust from our clients. I have read some negative reviews, but I believe those concerns are more related to the window retailers customers purchased from rather than EAS itself.

  Had a different window company instal the patio doors, but they couldn’t get lock to work and middle patio door was too big. Eastern architectural stands behind their product. They came out and installed the new door and got the lock to work perfectly. I would definitely recommend them for their products and their customer service.

  My Windows from Forcefield hurricane out of Port Charlotte or ordered through Eastern Architectual. My windows were installed. The middle of May. Had problems with three windows right away. Two windows were reordered. When they were supposedly delivered to Forcefield they couldn’t find one of them then when they found it, it was broken. So I had to wait for that one. I had a hard time getting Forcefield to come out here for the third window until I contacted my salesman who got the ball rolling. On this third window it was Twice wrong! from then on it has come in broken! This last time Eastern says There is a defect and they can’t ship it and had to re-order it! In the meantime, during this whole six months, I had to get all the information Because I have never heard from Forcefield unless Complained and bitched! And still, they never called back I had to keep calling them! Today I get an email from Forcefield saying Eastern is saying there is a problem with the glass and it has To be re-ordered! So here I wait again! I would not deal with either company ever again Have no more problems in the future even though these windows are under warranty it is a nightmare, dealing with both companies!
