  Was very happy that we had a technician that explained everything he was going to do, everything he was doing and everything that he did. He was very thorough and made sure that we understood everything he was saying.

  Mia did a great job performing our 6 month a/c maintenance. She arrived promptly and was very friendly. She documented all of her work and included photos of everything. She effectively explained it to us as well. Awesome service Mia! And kudos to Conditioned Air as well!

  We appreciate the great service provided by Conditioned Air and their service technician James Reid. within three hours of reporting that our air conditioning system wasn’t working, we had a technician at our house. Immediate issue was quickly handled, but with further diagnosis, James uncovered the root problem. Great customer focus.

  Prompt, professional, friendly, (and very nice to my dogs too!). Seemed knowledgeable and offered honest critique about needed repairs. This is the first time we’ve used Conditioned Air for plumbing issues (water heater)- pleasantly surprised, and technician was very helpful in explaining mineral buildup issues. I was really impressed with this technician and the company.
