Worked very efficiently, carefully and neatly. Everything was checked and double checked before he left. Took all old equipment with him. Explained how the units worked. Left me with written information. The bill was per the estimate. In addition, have always had great working relationship with Vicki in the office and one contact in the past with the owner, who was very gracious and great to work with.
