  Our technician, Donald, was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. While performing our six-month maintenance, Donald found a small, easily correctable problem in our system that, if left unaddressed, would surely result in a very expensive repair down the road. Donald fixed the problem without issue. We have used Certified Heating and Cooling for close to five years now. We have never had an issue with any of their technicians, the quality of work performed, and overall schedule availability. I highly recommend them - Ask for Donald.

  Upon initial service inspection of our air conditioning unit, it was stated to me verbally that the evaporator coil, TXV, and condensate pump all needed to be replaced. I then decided to get 2 more quotes as this didn't sound right to me. All 3 companies were highly rated by reviews. I decided to go with Certified as they were slightly lower, but upon inspection of their quote, they were only replacing the TXV which made no sense since it was told to me that the evaporator coil and condensate pump also needed to be replaced. At this point, I had already signed the contract to do the work. I checked the other 2 quotes that I had after getting Certified's quote, and they had included the evaporator coil, TXV, and gave an add option to replace the condensate pump. As it turned out, Certified told me in order to add the evaporator coil it was going to cost me about another $2000 and only if it was in stock. This was already on top of the $3012 quote just to replace the TXV. I was told by a different contractor that to replace the TXV alone, would only normally cost around $900. I cancelled the work with Certified, and went with one of the other contractors. They installed the next day for $2800 for the evaporator coil and the TXV. The evaporate pump was not needed. Certified apparently was trying to overcharge me by about $2200. Beware of Certified. I am very dissapointed with Certified in what appears to be a bait and switch scamming tactic.

  My AC took a hit from power outage. I called and received fast evaluation on Monday and by Thursday parts were installed. Hopefully it fixed the problems....well, hopes and dreams of THE affordable FIX are LOST...BUT...DAVE Mc and JOE did what they could to fix my OLD system...as they say...OUT WITH THE OLD AND IN WITH THE NEW! No one wants to deal with costly repairs or replacement, but you both made it a good experience. I give you both a HUGE THANK YOU! For All the Hard Work. Orlando and Mario worked so Hard yesterday and got the new unit installed and cooling in record time. THANK YOU TO ALL 4 OF YOU fof your kindness and support.

  Wow, not enough positive things i can say. Had a leaky PVC pipe on my air conditioner unit and made a call, same day service and accommodated my schedule. Preston was our service tech, he was super friendly, easy to talk too and was able to pin point the trouble areas, and fix them really quickly. It shows that his 15 years of industry experience and outgoing personality are a great asset to this company. Highly recommend , ask go Preston, he's the man.
