Subject: Formal Complaint: Project Failures and Poor Communication I feel obligated to provide feedback on your process and team due to my extreme frustration over the last few weeks. The Cabinet Order The cabinet in my design (WC361224) was not available in the style I ordered. This was never made clear to me until I was mid-assembly. When I called the store, your salesperson, Michelle Weddle, stated: "Again, sorry for the confusion! Sometimes our system glitches out, and I didn't catch it." The proposed solution was to quote me two new cabinets to build one myself—and I was told they would ship only after I paid more money. This discussion should have happened before my credit card was processed, not two weeks later when I was in the middle of the project. The Countertop Process I understand you outsource this portion; however, I paid Cabinets To Go, not Natural Stone Solutions. Therefore, you are responsible for the following feedback: The Positives: Marcelo, the templater, was spectacular. He left a positive impression in a sea of bad ones. Additionally, Rich went above and beyond to help me navigate the Customer Acceptance Agreement after I had zero luck getting it resent. The System Failures: I received texts stating an agreement needed to be signed, but I never received the actual document. When I spoke to Renee to resolve this, she failed to spell two different email addresses correctly—despite me spelling them out phonetically—and then told me it was my problem. If your standard process expects customers to navigate multiple incompetent vendors on their own, I wish you luck. As I finish my remodel and people ask where I got my cabinets, I will be sending them as far away from CTG as possible. Proposed Solutions: Transparency: Provide clear, honest communication regarding costs. My experience with Michelle felt like a "bait and switch," further exacerbated by an urgent email claiming a price increase was happening "tomorrow" that turned out to be untrue. Process Clarity: Provide a clear roadmap of the approval process (e.g., "You will receive a DocuSign from CTG and a text from X vendor"). This level of clarity is the bare minimum when a customer spends $20k with your organization. Partner Accountability: Your partners are a direct reflection of CTG. I suggest finding vendors who employ people who can listen and communicate accurately.

I purchased cabinets, sink, faucet, cabinet door handles and quartz countertops from the Fort Myers Store. Sirett DeLaCruz was amazing. I am a landlord living in Boston. We did everything over the phone. She designed everything perfectly and quickly. It was an absolute great experience working with Sirett. I recommend that anyone needing a new kitchen or bathroom, definitely go and have Sirett help you.
