  Bo’s Generators delivered a true five-star experience from start to finish. The entire process—from initial bidding through final installation—was handled professionally and efficiently. Sydney was exceptional, guiding us every step of the way, especially through permitting and coordination. The installation team—Josh, Roberto, Todd, JJ, Shawn, and Steve—were outstanding: knowledgeable, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Really great people! Everything was completed smoothly and to a very high standard. We couldn’t recommend Bo’s Generators more highly.

  Our initial contact with Bo’s in July 2025 was favorable and (Dario) met with us in our home to discuss the project. He was a consummate professional and from that day forward, (Dario) maintained continual contact with us. He is an excellent representative of the company. During the permitting phase and lead up to installation, everyone we spoke with and had written communications with was very prompt and professional; however, there were unnecessary delays, apologies and excuses from what seemed to be a different company representative with a different title each time. In several instances, one did not seem to know what the other had previously discussed or what our job entailed. They blamed Hendry County permitting and then FPL. At one point, they even called to schedule our job for installation prematurely and it was only after I reminded them that FPL needed to be involved that they realized yet another miscommunication on their end. In summary, the information breakdowns between initial consultation at our home and installation some (8) months later was unacceptable by any measure. Installation day came at long last and frankly, was a highlight of our experience that restored our confidence we had made the right decision in selecting Bo’s for this job. The lead Electrician (Roger) called me the night before to go over a number of things. He and his partner (Coco) were at our home the following morning right on time and to say that their interpersonal and organizational skills were impressive is an understatement. Soon after their arrival, (Sean & Steve) showed up for all of the propane related issues and were equally competent and polite. These four gentlemen represented Bo’s Electric to the very high standard it deserves as did (Dario) on the front end. Again, the various reps we had spoken and written communications with between Dario and the installation team were extremely nice, but seemed to be struggling with management and organizational skills. Our generator experience started in July 2025 and ended in March 2026 with an exclamation point of overall positivity thanks to the install crew. I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism from the moment the install team pulled onto our property until the time they pulled away from one of the most efficient, professional jobs we have ever had performed for us.

  Bo's Electric installed our new generator today. The sales and project management teams kept us informed. The installation teams did a fantastic job starting with Roger'and Coco's prompt timing and quick electrical work that resulted in hardly any down time with power. Next phase was handled by Sean, Steve and Todd. Sean is a great communicator and did great work fitting the tank in a tight spot. Steve and Todd educated us on the gas installation details including all the shut-off valves, bleed vent and safety information. The teams were easy to talk to and provided a quality service. I highly recommend this team from Bo's for standby generators.

  Roger and Coco the electricians showed up on time. Did a nice job with the electric. They cleaned up their mess. Roger also gave me a call the night before and confirmed the time that he would be here. Next up would be the Gas crew with Steve and Sean. They also did a nice job. If you’re looking for standby Power needs, I would recommend Bo’s Generators for your standby Power needs This team, the A-Team thank you Bo’s for amazing install of my new generator.

  Bo’s Generators is an amazing company. Starting with our Salesman Shawn to our Project Coordinator Sydney H. to Roger the electric electrician and Coco another electrician (who started installing our generator at 5:15am and were so quiet they didn’t disturb our neighbors and cleaned up their mess and you don’t even know they were there) to Steve the gas technician to Sean the back hoe operator they are all so professional and amazing. Not only are they on time and perfectionists they really do a great job. Roger called prior to installation to go over what he will be doing and he also texted me the day before to confirm our install. I’d highly recommend Bo’s and this crew to anyone thinking about installing a generator!
