  My bathroom was flooded when I got home. I called Aztec and they sent Wilmer.. He found the problem and fixed what he could that night so I would not have to turn off the water overnight. Next day he came back with a new toilet that didn't have a cracked tank and all is well ! ! Thank you, Wilmer ! ! !

  Marvin arrived on time and was knowledgeable, efficient and timely. He was polite and had manners. He solved my problem and I am so glad. I would definitely use him and Aztec in the future! Thank you!

  Scheduled to arrive at my new home between 8am - 1pm. Took a 2 hour drive in from out of town. They called at 11:55p to say that the plumber was an hour and 20 mins away. Called at 1:35p and dispatcher was nasty and unable to tell us when the plumbed would arrive. “I don’t know what to tell you. He’s on his way and we don’t have GPS on the vehicles.” We ended up leaving after driving in and waiting almost 6 hours.

  We are always impressed knowledge and work ethic when doing business with Aztec employees. We recently needed a repair and from the time we contacted dispatcher to our Aztec Tech Elmy Marrero completing our repair was within 90 minutes. Elmy thoroughly explained what he found, what he was going to do and showed us the results. That be said, my tools are permanently retired. Thank you Aztec Plumbling.

  I wasn't in love with the price at all. I still feel like it was a little much but the respect. The customer service his ability to explain and do the job at the end of the day I can't complain because I paid for the customer service and the respect and the attention and detail that he gave I would have of course not to pay as much but based on what I had to pay I can sleep at night because of the service I was provided. You have a great employee in him. He was teaching and training a young man today as well. He did a phenomenal job and I was very appreciative from start to finish
