  From the very start of our installation experience which began with the introduction of salesperson Concenmari and her very thorough presentation of the history of the company and the products, we were impressed and knew that shopping around for a company to do the work was over. We desperately needed to get 3 sets of hurricane impact sliders for our home. We had been putting it off getting other upgrades done for our home and finally made the decision. We are so glad we chose Renuity. They kept us updated of the process from the permitting, to the products' manufacturing, and then the notice that they were ready for the installation. The crew was efficient and mindful of our home and did a very good job of protecting our furniture and floors while the one-day installation was in progress. Dax, the field manager was professional and also informative regarding what would follow as the work progressed to completion. Dax was true to his word every time we spoke and paid us a visit the day installation took place, the day of the inspection, and then a follow up visit as a check in. Impressive. Once the crew was done with the initial installation, it was the time to wait for the county inspector to visit. This may have taken a few days or more depending on the availability of an inspector. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call that an inspector was available and a visit was set. That was about 5 days after the install. Once the inspector came and mentioned to my husband that the installation was done very well, and that he would like to have the same done for his home, that further sealed the deal for us . A BIG THANK YOU to the entire Renuity team. We will be calling on you again in the near future. 👍🏽👌🏽

  I had a seamless experience with outstanding customer service and support. Everyone from sales, coordination, operations, installation and project supervision went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Renuity for new roof installation.

  We had previously worked with FHIA (Renuity) to replace our old windows with new impact-resistant windows and had a great experience, so we recently turned to them for a new front door. The salesman (Michael) was great to work with in selecting a beautiful, custom steel door with impact glass. The installers were very professional, replacing the door in just a few hours with zero damage. This was not a budget door, but we love the new appearance and have no doubt it has added to the value of our home.

  Has impact windows on my mind but was clear wasn't ready yet just wanted an estimate. When sales rep arrived with her coworker she seemed pleasant I offered water and the conversation started with repetitive questions . I was told total time would be one hour to 1.5 max . She was first late than kept me almost 3 hours. Took her 5 min to measure windows and the rest of the time talking to me about company and reputation and materials etc. I was polite but it was over whelming. After quote I thanked her and asked if I can get a copy of estimate in writing. She said it would go to email. She explained options for payment and proceeded to ask for my ID and that's when I'm not ready today to make a descion. She became hostile and asking me why ? That she was trying to help me and didn't know why I needed time. I said I need to review things look at my financial get my brothers opinion and that because of my past errors I don't rush into anything till I think about it .her demeanor became very hostile pretty much making me feel guilty and ashamed, told me a person like me would never do anything right. Insulted me in my own house in front of my mom also. I said it's not personal but she became very argumentative and telling me I wasted her time . This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I was at the point where I said you're making me uncomfortable and guilty almost feeling the need to apologize to her. I stood up walked to the door and said goodbye. Her coworker never said a word. I told him in a low tone that she needed to lower her tone and that the visit was becoming unprofessional. I have never in my life been through this I'm not talking just high pressured sales this was bad. Can't really speak for the company's work but this individual was way out of line. I remained calm but she made Me feel guilty and ashamed in my own house. Really really bad. Company had said they hold your quote for a year. She was super upset I didn't just lock into 22,700 without thinks about it .
