  Thiago Menezes truly went above and beyond. He showed up late after hours when I honestly didn’t think anyone would be available, and he completely saved the day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything fixed in no time. Thiago was friendly, respectful, and an absolute pleasure to have in my home, even during a stressful situation. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such great customer service. I highly recommend Thiago and Quality Air and am incredibly grateful he was able to get everything up and running so quickly. Thank you again!

  The technician shows up on time neat and has all his tools. Performs his check tasks and did his readings very efficiently. He explained every step of the way as he was moving through his routine work. Very satisfied with Chris.

  Quality Air Conditioning Company is an excellent company and I highly recommend them. Wind-driven rain recently caused a sudden roof leak which resulted in mold damage in my attic and second floor of my home. The insurance company sent their inspector and he asked me to call an air conditioning company to answer a question he had. Based on all of their great reviews, I called Quality Air Conditioning Company and was happy I did. Estimator and Project Manager, Einar came out to my house within a half hour. Einar is a true professional, very knowledgeable and a kind gentleman, which made me feel reassured and confident that I chose Quality Air Conditioning Company. Einar went up into the attic and found the roof leak and I knew this was the company I wanted to hire based on Einar’s experience, knowledge, clear communication, respect and the professional manner in which he conducted himself. The job entailed the removing and replacing of all ductwork, insulation, installing 2 Remy Halo home purification systems and cleaning and disinfecting the units. Lead Installer Oscar and his team of Bryan, Julio and Minor worked tirelessly and did a great job installing the ductwork and insulation. They are all very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Elvis and William did an excellent job cleaning and disinfecting the units and installing the Remy Halo home purification systems. Elvis is extremely knowledgeable about the air conditioning units and he explained everything in great detail about them to me and taught me how to use my nest thermostat and I really appreciated him doing that. Elvis and William are hard working gentleman. After they cleaned and sanitized the air conditioning units they looked brand new. Elvis and William are a great team and also very professional, and kind. Everyone did a great job and was a pleasure, respectful and courteous. They arrive on schedule, clean up nicely after their job is done and do a great job. Both teams that did their specific job thoroughly knows the air conditioning business and takes pride in their work. Thank you all very much.

  Chris and Steve are kind, professional, and work horses! We have been using them for our AC Maintenance for many years and when we've had after hours emergencies they have shown up pretty quickly to do the work. Definitely recommend Quality Air!

  We have been customers of Quality Air for quite a few years now. They have done new installations for us and we use them for routine maintenance. I will note we are in a medium sized condo building where they service a number of the residents, coming in on a regular schedule. Chris was the tech on our recent maintenance visit. He was very thorough and clearly explained everything he was doing (or not doing, in the case of cleaning the coil which was not necessary). He was also very neat and cleaned up after himself. All in all we are very happy with Quality Air, and I hope to see Chris again on a future maintenance visit.
