  De saber que demoraba tanto , me quedaba con las que tenía puesta. Los inspectores de Miami Dade parece que están de vacaciones permanentemente y mientras llueve tengo agua dentro de las paredes y planta baja del apto.

  We had a roof and windows installed by this company. We had 4 companies we were interviewing. FHIA was the second one we met with. Josh came to our home to present their products and servies to us. It was such a great experience we hired them on the spot and didn't even consider the remaining two companies on our list. Josh was so professional, knowledgeable and personable. The roofers showed up as scheduled. They removed our old roof and outdated solar system. They repaired damaged boards and installed our new roof. They did a fantastic job. They cleaned up and hauled away everything and there were no nails on the ground anywhere! A different crew removed our old windows and installed the new ones. They did a fantastic job and showed up as scheduled. A BIG shout out to Brian Farro for overseeing our projects and making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and the standards their company stands by. We still have gutters and drain pipes to install. We decided to paint our house and FHIA is so gracious to wait on installing the gutters once the painting is complete. The quality of the roofing materials and windows is exceptional and we are very pleased. Don't hesitate to call to call this company for your needs. You won't be disappointed!

  The sales appointment went well even getting financed on my end went well. But between the install lack of consideration for the homeowner and extremely poor final results, I was not happy and then they hassle me to sign the paperwork so they can get paid and told me it was ridiculous to hold up $35,000 over paint and concrete work. They said they’d fix it and they paint match never did they said they would replace the doors with the same style and they didn’t it was very disappointed. Do not recommend.

  Diego was absolutely wonderful! Excellent customer service and care. Reviewed and kindly inspected my hurricane impact windows and payed attention to every detail I pointed out. Very attentive, thank you for sending Diego to assist.

  Diego R. Diego came today and his persistence paid off. Today he was able to install a screen on our new windows. He took charge of the problem and after many months he resolved the issue. We are finally able to open the window with the new screen that he installed. Diego is very professional and friendly. Thank you Diego for all your help.
