At 12:15 I called to see what the hold up was. I was told he was running late and I was the next stop. At 2:15 he still wasn't here, no phone call from the office keeping me informed as to what was going on. Called again and asked for the service manager who informed me that he was still in Pompano and I was the next stop....right. I ended up canceling as I had things to do on my day off. For a company who has been in business since 1964, I would think they would have more than one technician servicing the Fort Lauderdale /Tamarac area. Very disappointed since I have used them at the properties I've managed and at home. Guess I will now make a change. 6/28/25 After my last review, John responded to me apologizing and asking for a chance to make an unfortunate situation right. Well, today he sent Geno out to my home who was an absolute delight. Professional, courteous, and extremely respectful. Corrected my problem and I am totally satisfied and will continue their service in the properties I manage and at home.

We decided to replace our garage door opener the following week and requested Lance for the installation. We’ve been using EDL for years and have always received superior service!
