When the representative asked if I already had the equipment and I said yes, his tone immediately became rude. I understand if the company has a policy about not installing customer-purchased equipment; that could have been explained politely in a sentence. Instead, he responded dismissively and very rude. I was only asking a straightforward question about installation, and the interaction felt unnecessarily unprofessional.

To my luck, the programming of the garage remote was so easy that my 5 year old did. With a little help from me since he’s vertically challenged. Nevertheless, hopefully I won’t need a new one any time soon but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate coming back.
