From the start, owner Kelly O’Brien and foreman Daniel provided clear communication, professionalism, and excellent leadership. The project involved installing a fully adhered TPO system with 3” insulation on our 19-story waterfront building. Despite the scale and complexity, their team completed the job in just 30 working days, all while maintaining a safe and organized worksite.
