  As the Property Manager of The Aristocrat Condominium, I had the pleasure of working with Commercial Roofing Industries on our 12,000-square-foot roof replacement project. From the start, owner Kelly O’Brien and foreman Daniel provided clear communication, professionalism, and excellent leadership. The project involved installing a fully adhered TPO system with 3” insulation on our 19-story waterfront building. Despite the scale and complexity, their team completed the job in just 30 working days, all while maintaining a safe and organized worksite. I was extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship and the efficiency of the entire process. I would highly recommend Commercial Roofing Industries for any large-scale roofing project.   We are very pleased with Commercial Roofing. From start to finish it was a very professional experience. They finished our new roof ahead of schedule even with some rain delays.   CRI is a great company to work with. They were very communicative and always came when they promised. Our roof looks great. It was an extensive 16,000 sf job they did which included crickets, scupper installations and downspouts. It was a pleasure dealing with Kelly and Ed.
