  As the Property Manager of The Aristocrat Condominium, I had the pleasure of working with Commercial Roofing Industries on our 12,000-square-foot roof replacement project. From the start, owner Kelly O’Brien and foreman Daniel provided clear communication, professionalism, and excellent leadership. The project involved installing a fully adhered TPO system with 3” insulation on our 19-story waterfront building. Despite the scale and complexity, their team completed the job in just 30 working days, all while maintaining a safe and organized worksite. I was extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship and the efficiency of the entire process. I would highly recommend Commercial Roofing Industries for any large-scale roofing project.   We are very pleased with Commercial Roofing. From start to finish it was a very professional experience. They finished our new roof ahead of schedule even with some rain delays. They were responsive and communicative. Their workers on site were polite and respectful. I would highly recomend Commercial Roofing. Kelly & Ed are knowledgeable & professional

  Our two storey condominium recently had it's entire roof replaced , along with added features that we did not have before. Confidently going into the Hurricane season is reassuring with this accomplishment. Thanks to Commercial Roofing Industries led by Mr O'brien. Professional and detailed. He was an asset at our meetings to informing and answering questions from the unit owners prior to project start, and his willingness to do so played a major role in answering residents fears etc. The project was finished on time and under budget and we were regularly updated throughout the 3 weeks with photographs and progress. We now have a roof that is better than the original that was constructed in 1972 !

  Commercial Roofing was excellent to deal with. They put a TPO roof on my 18,000 sq foot office. We received a 20-year manufacturer's warranty with the roof. The work was done efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend.
