  very poor customer service, you will have to chase them and leave them calls and messages for them to get back to you a couple days later. Installation date was pushed off 3 times Installation was to take 1-2 days, ended up taking over a week. The owner himself came for a touch up and modification out of customer service without a charge which was very nice of them... at first... but then mid process he tells me to cover his cost of $300 = bait and switch = not honest people.

  I've worked with many contractors in the past and cabinet connect is excellent! From the initial consultation, to the finishing touches, I was so pleased. The team listened to my wishes, communicated and stuck to our contract and advised me when needed. Clean, courteous and exceptional attention to detail.

  I do not recommend this company at all. Cabinet connect was a nightmare to deal with. No customer service , no respect of my time or needs and the finished product is shit. they took 4 months to install a pantry , almost 8k , it looks cheap, its chipped they caulk the counter top for finishing it looks terrible, they scratched the stone they deliver and say its not their fault. now they ghosted me for over 2 months and the only reply I get is call the office !!! STAY AWAY !
