When I arrived, I inspected the doors and immediately noticed that the frame on the glass was misaligned. I brought this issue to the attention of an employee, who I believe was named Dan. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he began yelling at me, which I found completely unacceptable. Although he eventually agreed to redo the door, the way I was treated was a terrible customer experience. Customer service is a major factor in a customer's decision to return to a business. Based on the unprofessional behavior I encountered, I cannot recommend Builders Bargain. I hope they will address this feedback and improve their customer service standards.
