  Called to say our GPS showed we would arrive 1 min after closing time and asked if we could grab a door handle we needed last minute for our contractor.. was told no. Practically killed ourselves to get there prior to 4:30 closing time..arrived at 4:28 and they had already locked doors..it was a stampede of employees running out the door !

  The staff at this place is excellent.They hope you get in and get out.And they have everything there you need.I highly recommend them.The doors are excellent, especially the fiberglass.Doors and a great price can't go wrong there

  Recommendations from my friends were right—this place is great. Prices are definitely competitive (or better). Staff is friendly and helpful. Bought two doors and plan to go back for other products shortly.

  My recent experience with Builders Bargain. I ordered two doors and was notified they were ready for pickup. When I arrived, I inspected the doors and immediately noticed that the frame on the glass was misaligned. I brought this issue to the attention of an employee, who I believe was named Dan. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he began yelling at me, which I found completely unacceptable. Although he eventually agreed to redo the door, the way I was treated was a terrible customer experience. Customer service is a major factor in a customer's decision to return to a business. Based on the unprofessional behavior I encountered, I cannot recommend Builders Bargain. I hope they will address this feedback and improve their customer service standards.
