  Zero Stars. Never use this company. They are crooks. They have left our house in such a mess and still have our initial $9,500 deposit. They tried to charge us for work not done, they DID NOT pull permits with the city, they DID NOT use a licensed plumber ( even after being questioned by us on where and who the plumber was), they were supposed to redo our bathroom and garage ceiling after a leak happened. It has been well over a year and they left us in a nightmare. They wanted us to sign satisfactory paper work and we refused. When they said the job was complete, four days later our daughter took a bath. The water was running the whole time and she had it going into the overflow drain to prevent the tub from overflowing. It ran for an hour. When we went into the garage, the ceiling was caving in and falling in chunks. The company DID NOT hook up the tub drain or the overflow drain. They sent the Director of Operations to our house, "Mike Smith" and he took complete fault for the situation, begging for us to let them come back and make it right. We let them come back and three months later they had not made anything right. The city cited them for their work not being to code. Our child with Cerebral Palsy fell down the stairs, requiring an ER visit for his head and hand, all because when they redid our stairs they made them so different in the height that they were not safe and not to code. They did not care. This company does not care. We asked for our full deposit back and they wanted to give us part of it back and sign a release saying they weren't legally responsible for anything. We will not sign that. That is what they want. They want to be able to walk away and get away with what they did. We wrote a 15 page letter to the owner , Chris Malone, and explained everything and they STILL did not want to give us our full deposit back without signing a release. They cover their social media posts with fundraisers they do and charity events they participate in and while they are doing this, they have VETERANS ( like us) that are living in terrible conditions because of their faulty work. We went to a Building Board Hearing and they did not even have the license holder show up in person or virtually. They sent, " Mike Smith" to show up virtually, without a power of attorney. The company was fined and they are NOT allowed to do work anywhere in Hillsborough County for 2 years. The original license holder, "Richard Charles Russell" must show up in two years to get his license back, I don't even know if he exists. During this repair of the upstairs , Hurricane Milton hit our house and caused significant damage. We could not touch the downstairs besides hiring someone to dry it out until we had access to the upstairs and the upstairs bathroom. Since we had to wait on this company to try and fix things, which they did not, our downstairs has become a health hazard from the water and mold damage. Again, this company does not care. I would highly suggest not ever using them. I waited almost a year to write a review, hoping they would do the right thing. They are hoping this all just goes away. We will not allow this to happen to someone else. Absolutely devastating and sickening.

  As a Real Estate professional I have used Triton roofing and Ann Thompson every time I have any roof issue. She has helped to educate and communicate with my buyers and seller with everyone's best interest at heart, saving countless deals! I recommend them to friends, family, and even trust them to work on our own home. 5 Stars does NOT do them justice! 10/10!!

  Wow! Superior customer service starts out with this company and by the time we had a new roof, Professionalism along with follow up was also on the menu. Time tables and communications with Mike were effortless and every step was done in a great structure. I felt like we were the only clients the company had at the time even though I know different. Rock on Triton Roofing... highly recommend !!!!!!!

  Lee with Triton was wonderful to work with. He was always a quick call or text away with any questions we had, and getting our roof redone was a quick and painless process. Also, the team that completed the job was friendly and accommodating with me when I needed to get my toddler and newborn in and out of the house through their work area. Highly recommend this family friendly company!
