  I wouldn't bother hiring this company. The employees that do the actual work have been good in the past but the owner Shanna is a very angry person with no communication skills. We hired the company to secure our lift with 4 straps. They secured it with two. I emailed Shanna to ask if there was a problem/reason they didn't do it or if they could come back out to do it. No response from her. Then I called and left a message, no response from her. I received an invoice for 4 straps and responded to the invoice email that I had tried to contact her and needed her to find out why 2 straps instead of 4 and let me know. Here is a word by word email she sent me....and there is more: "How in the world do you expect us to make sure the straps were in place when in fact, YOU said they were not??? Could you not see this for yourself rather than wasting time/fuel? That $85 charge is due and if not paid will collect late fees and subsequently be sent to our attorney for collections. You cannot request service calls and not expect to pay for it, especially when it's something you could've seen for yourself. Seriously, what did you expect"? I didn't even request a service call. I asked her to call or email me. She never communicated with me that her employees went back to do the job right. I could care a less about a $85 trip charge, it was the fact that I didn't ask her to do it and it seems like she did it just to be a nasty person and rub it in my face. If any of her employees quit please let me know, I'll be your first customer. This is in response to your reply - while I have no interest in perpetuating this war of words, it is amazing to me how you can brush off this horrible customer experience as some difference of opinion - it is not. The fact is I hired your company to place 4 straps on our lift to secure it - your crew came and placed 2, and then you billed us for 4. I contacted you 3 times over a period of 4 weeks in order to bring this to your attention, and instead of a quick phone call or email to tell me your crew would be back to secure the other 2, you apparently sent them out to finish the job for which we contracted (unbeknownst to me - the dock is 300 feet from my house) and instead of just telling me so I could walk down and confirm, you go scorched earth on me and threaten me with legal action if I don't pay a service charge, which did not have to be incurred because all you had to do was to tell me they came back, I would have walked down and checked, and that would have been the end of it. Instead, when I called you out for your rude and unprofessional emails, rather than just apologize, you double-down with the threat of legal action. Was I suppose to walk down my dock every day for 4 weeks with no communication from you just see if you resent your crew? As you would say - seriously? One other note is that our original email was for $300 for 4 straps and removal of one hood. I never asked for an annual because I am no longer using my lift. I wasn't and didn't even mention it and was going to pay the charge because I trust the services were done and it wasn't worth ill feelings between me and your company. But I'll mention it now. Lastly yes of course I posted on social media about your treatment. I didn't know that was some lowly action, thanks for informing me. Would you like to tell me where else can people go to warn other people of bad treatment by a company? After all I tried to post it on your website but of course - it hasn't been posted. Children make excuses for their bad behavior, adults own up to it, although not so much in today's blame everyone else ethos. Glad you believe you treat your employees well, perhaps you can now try and transfer that good treatment to your customers.

  Horrible Experience! Sub-Zero customer service, angry tirades, in response to simple questions. Save your time and money. Not worth the painful process dealing with crazy.
