- LLLaurieAug 4, 20255.0I was having trouble getting my garage door to close, called and got a visit scheduled for 1 business day later. The guys came fixed everything, they were busy changing the eyes, lubricating all the joints, checked the balance, installed a emergency rope, bought an extra remote from them and hooked up my HomeLink in my SUV. After they left I tried the HomeLink and couldnt get it to work. I called them and they came right back with no complaint. In my case I have to have the car running for HomeLink to work. EVERYTHING is running perfectly now!! I felt the price was a fair amount also. I would def call them again if anything goes wrong.
- MGMark GebelJul 28, 20255.0Had a spring break on my mom’s house Sunday evening, gave the office a call first thing this morning and I believe I spoke to Danielle, she was wonderful and a pleasure to speak to, she set up for someone to come out a few hours later, Jason called and let me know he was on the way about 30 minutes prior and he was very great, gave me a price and knocked it out super fast, even had him replace the another door spring while he was here. The company has amazing customer service and I have already put their number in my phone, just incase I need them for my door or anyone else that needs their garage door serviced. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!
