- LDLaw DogSep 14, 20255.0Wow what an absolute pleasure it was working with this company. Working with the owners Shanna & Mark made this process so easy. 1st Shanna was able to put my crazy ideas on paper and within my budget. Im not a phone call person but anytime I texted or emailed, I had a response immediately. I was extremely greatful to have Mark on site everyday. This man worked harder than most 20 yr olds. I could tell by his passion and work ethics we were getting a top notch quality product, as if he was building it for his own. Mark made a few suggestions (but was not forceful) like the direction of the boat or leaving the pillars a little higher so I don't bump my head. None of which cost extra money. It was nice since I've never built a dock and it would have been changes I wish I had done after it was built. As a retired Ssgt I had many troops under me and I observed the way Mark treated and trained his employees along with a couple new guys. I'll tell you guys like this are very far and few now a days. I have no doubt we made the best choice by asking EZ docks to take on this project. They were so many extras Mark and Shanna did, they could have charged us extra but they did not. The dock came out flawless, zero problems passed inspection with flying colors. I even waited over 6 months to write this so I could give an honest review. Mark and Shanna made this process so easy it was more like dealing with long term friends than just another numbered customer. Even with hurricanes Milton and Helene hitting us they were able to complete this project very close to the projected time frame. If your looking for a dock, a quality product, excellent customer service I wouldn't look any further. I've heard so many stories about other companies and upcharges etc. That's not what I experienced with EZdocks. We are extremely greatful we met Mark, Shanna and their crew.

I so appreciated the constant communication from Shanna and her team. As I do understand things don't always go as planned when dealing with many parts and being aware put me at ease.
