Extremely happy with the entire team I had for the purchase, and installation of 4 PGT hurricane windows. Mike M. was my salesman, Anna was the project manager, Mike D & Gabe the installers, and Andrew the superintendent. Every person knowledgeable, and install crew did a great job & clean up. Highly recommend them.

From sales, to scheduling and installation. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and kind. Mike M. and Anna were great getting the products that I wanted to upgrade—-hurricane grade products. Andrew checking in and making sure everything was going smoothly. Tommy and Zach installed all my windows and doors. They were professional and respectful, showed up daily when they said they would. Kept the work space clean and tidy. And got it all done when they said they would !! I would definitely recommend Englewood glass and mirror. I researched and got quotes from other companies and this company surpassed them with a more affordable quote for the same products. Neighbors are already booked to use them and friends in North Port. If anything will be needed in the future this is the company I’ll be using.

We had a very good experience with Englewood Glass and Mirror who recently installed hurricane-impact windows at our home. Out of four companies interviewed, Mike McGuiness was the only sales person who followed up to discuss his quote. We were also impressed by the fact that EG&M doesn't use sub-contractors. Our installers, Tommy & Zack, were efficient, professional & polite and kept our home clean while working! Their supervisor, Mike G, came by each day to check on the progress. And a big shout out to Anna Popov, our project manager, who kept in touch with us from start to finish. she's an excellent communicator. Great job at a reasonable price to secure our home.

Englewood Review Mr. Daniel Stickley, President Englewood Window & Door replaced 11 windows in my home in Sarasota National. The installation dates were June 16 & 17, 2025. On 17 June, Englewood Window & Door installers broke one window over the pool deck, trying to remove it. The installers failed to place a tarp on the pool deck before removal. The breakage resulted in shattered glass on the pool deck. The Englewood Window & Door installers picked up the large glass shards, but failed to sweep or use their shop vacuum to pick up the finer pieces. Upon returning from work, I spent one hour sweeping and vacuuming the glass shards, rendering the pool deck safe for my grandchildren's planned weekend visit. On 20 June 2025, Englewood Window & Door’s inspector assessed the project. I pointed out the numerous marred window casings, the glass on the pool deck, the dirtiness of the windows, the excess brown caulk applied to the exterior window casings, the dirt-smudged interior vinyl window frames, and the warped sashes. He told me someone would come to correct. The Englewood Window & Door installers returned on Friday, 27 June. They removed and reinstalled one of the sash-warped windows. They failed to correct the dirty windows, fix the scraped and chipped window casings’ paint, clear the excess exterior brown caulk from the window casings, or clear the excess brown caulk off the pool deck. On Saturday, 28 June, I spent six hours cleaning my new windows, removing dirt smudges, and removing excess caulk from the interior window frame. The only solution for removing the excess exterior brown caulk is to paint each window casing. On Tuesday, 1 July, the Englewood Window & Door inspector returned to evaluate the limited corrections. He said he’d have the Englewood Window & Door installers return to fix the four bent sash windows. On 3 July, Englewood Window & Door returned and adjusted the four bent/frowning sashes. They tracked mud throughout their repair area and failed to clean it up. The Englewood Window & Door installers asked that I wait 48 hours for the windows to settle. On 6 July, I sent Englewood Window & Door pictures of the four windows with the still uncorrected bent/frowning sashes. On 7 July, Englewood told me they would send out a supervisor to take a look. On 13 July, I asked Englewood for an update on the supervisor’s inspection. The next day, Englewood told me the supervisor would assess what is next. On 16 July, Englewood told me they’re waiting for Steve to bring in the warranty information, and they’ll keep me posted. On 31 Jul, Englewood emailed me that it submitted warranty information. On 4 August, I inquired about the status of the warrantied windows. On 8 August, the Englewood Installation Inspector came out and looked at each window. He determined Englewood Window & Door would replace two of the largest windows under warranty. He deemed the remaining nine windows as ‘acceptable’. On 26 September, Englewood Window and Door replaced two lower-half windows covered under warranty. However, the windows still did not open or close correctly. Englewood Window and Door told me the installer would have to come out to adjust the window frame. Englewood Glass and Door told me I would hear from its project manager in a few days to schedule the return of the installers to make the necessary adjustments. On 10 October, Englewood Window and Door (John) adjusted both windows and asked me to let them cure for one week. That was the last I heard from Englewood Glass & Door.

Dana, Ben, and Ben were a great team to do our installation. Ryan, their boss, was always here to oversee the work, encourage, and guide the group when questions arose. We felt they all knew what to do and when to do it. All our questions were answered quickly and professionally. The guys were courteous, respectful, and professional, and were excellent representatives for Englewood Glass and Mirror. We will gladly recommend your company to our neighbors and friends. Ryan has even suggested we consider changing our other windows. Looks like Englewood Windows will be coming back. Thanks to all who helped on this project.
