  I just had Englewood Glass and Mirror install PGT impact windows at my home. They entire process was great. I received several quotes and their price was excellent. John C. was the site supervisor. He stopped by twice while Mike and Gabe were installing the windows. He walked me around on the inside and outside of the house and inspected all the work. Mike and Gabe were very professional and Mike kept me updated on exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend Englewood Glass and Mirror.

  Char and Josh were VERY PERSONABLE and did a great job making sure the windows were easy enough for me to open and close before they left. They were kind enough to share which product they used and demonstrated how to apply so if we have issues opening them again, we shall be able to take care of it. I appreciated their taking off their shoes and covering the floor before caulking!! They took care of noticing a pane of glass needing to be replaced under warranty and submitted the order.   Englewood glass installed impact windows in our home. The communication from start to finish was excellent by Miranda, our project supervisor. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of the installation. The crew, JR, Dave and Chandler, were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Prior to leaving, the area was clean and tidy including the outside. We would recommend Englewood Glass and Mirror if you are considering a home improvement.

  Englewood Glass is a very well-run company with superior personnel, behind the scenes and doing the installations. My salesperson, Mike M. was thoughtful and patient with me as I selected the replacement front door and kept me informed throughout the fabrication process; the office communicated seamlessly; billing was correct and prompt. In regard to the installation team, Junior and his team knew what they were doing, did it well (this was no practice round) and they were detail oriented, and cleaned up like nothing happened. In addition to the sales, office and installation professionalism, John, the supervisor came by and reviewed the install and personally went over the inspection process with me. Not that many companies score such high marks in each category. I recommend Englewood Glass without hesitation.

  I just wanted to extend my appreciation to Englewood Glass and Mirror. The entire process, from start to finish, was excellent. From my first meeting with my salesman, Mike, where we discussed options and costs, he made me feel confident and comfortable moving forward. My office contact, Project Manager Anna, was always friendly and kept me informed throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. My installers, James and Josh, were incredible to work with. They completed the installation in less than two days, showed up on time, were very personable, and cleaned up as they went. They even went back to double-check everything to ensure it was completed properly. While James and Josh were on site, Superintendent Andrew stopped by both days to check on the work and see if I had any additional questions. That extra attention provided even greater peace of mind—although I was already 100% confident in James and Josh, it was a very nice added touch. On punch list day the following week, Paul came out after the inspection to finish the final details on the windows and frames. He noticed a distortion in one piece of glass that I hadn’t even seen and immediately submitted it for replacement. Overall, I could not be happier with the start-to-finish experience with Englewood Glass and Mirror, and I give them my highest recommendation.
