Most of them used an answering service that never got back to me in time. When I call Associated Door, Mr. Hoff answered the phone and was on his way to fix it. By the end of the day the door was reinstalled and working great. This week it happened again on a working day. Mr Hoff was here within one hour looked at it and was able to get the door closed. next day his staff was here with the parts and was repaired by noon.
