  Rented a brand new mini skid steer. Was told there was unlimited hour usage. Picked it up late afternoon and after an hour noticed a hydraulic leak and I shut the he machine not wanting to damage their equipment. After hours Fred said he would bring another machine out first thing in the morning. At 9:00am I called and was told he just got in and was working on something else. I explained I had materials scheduled and being a Friday they stop delivering at 2:00pm. An older, slower machine was delivered around 10:30am. They did get the new machine repaired and sent it back out to me however I had to cancel the materials due to losing approximately 5-6 hours of working time and I returned the machine early. I expected them to do something for me however they said I used the machines for around 4 hours and that counts as a full day.I protested explaining no I was told unlimited hours. Fred became a little belligerent and asked what I wanted. I acknowledged I used the machine for half a day and was willing to pay half. He said he would check with the owners. Have not heard anything yet.

  Great experience! Rented diamond concrete grinder and demolition hammer. My first time removing years old carpet adhesive from porch and tile from large kitchen area. Friendly and lots of great advice. Fred is a gem!

  I’d recommend renting somewhere else even if you need to drive an extra 1/2 hour. Usually rental companies will be reasonable depending on when you pick up/drop off... Here they are not. I rented Saturday afternoon @ 4:30 and was expected to drop off Monday at 9am? Not the industry standard and they would not budge. They are closed Sunday. I returned the equipment at 9am Tuesday and was charged for two days. Not typical practices for a rental company. This was my first transaction with this company. I’ll find somewhere else to rent next time. I would hope the business would just be reasonable.... The equipment was in good shape. I’ll give them that.
