She listens to what you are looking for and leaves you to look without any pressure, but there to address your concerns. I left with samples to bring home, she came the next day to measure and we were on our way. Once the flooring was in, she had us on the schedule in less than 2 weeks. Alex (the installer) tore up carpet, moved furniture and always left everything neat, very polite and very professional. A process I thought would take months, took less than a month from start to finish. We love our new floors!! If you’re looking for flooring, please give this wonderful store a visit, you will not be disappointed.
