  Update: About 3 weeks ago Chris from Advanced Air reached out to me about the repair problems with my unit. I'm pleased to say that we were able to work it out so that the problem could be resolved. I'm happy to say that I now have heat and air. The young that came out was very good at his job. He was quick and nice while working. Kuddos to him. Thank you Chris for working with me in this matter.

  AJ repaired our HVAC leak, and showed ownership of all the equipment like it was his own home. He got coworker Jimmy to assist in the middle of his busy schedule to repair a complex piping fault, saving us over $300 of additional repairs, got us on a maintenance plan that saved on the repairs and get the system back to new condition. Both gentlemen thoroughly explained the repairs made and all my questions and concerns The front office was very kind and great communication.
