They make homes with 3 car garages that can fit a boat, bus, RV, or tractor trailer head. I particularly liked the Moonstone floorplan. Their homes are considered "designer homes" and come standard with stone countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile goes to the ceiling, 42" cabinets and more.
