  just had work done at the house. Caleb, the plumber, was super knowledgeable and helpful and not at all put off by the number of animals we had roaming the house :)

  I had an outstanding experience with Plumbing Services by Gus! Mike and Chris came out to install a new shower faucet, and from start to finish, they were everything you’d hope for in professionals—on time, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out was their communication. They took the time to clearly walk me through each step of the installation process, so I knew exactly what to expect. No surprises—just honest, transparent service. After installing the new shower faucet (which works perfectly!), they went above and beyond by completing a full home inspection. They identified that my water heater is due for an update and even performed a water conditioning test. Turns out my water is 18 grains hard, which can shorten the lifespan of appliances like my dishwasher, washing machine, and water heater. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain all of this—it shows they genuinely care about their customers’ homes, not just the job at hand. Mike and Chris delivered top-notch service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Plumbing Services by Gus to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and professional plumbing work.   My family has used Gus for years and have always received excellent service. We just had to replace our hot water heater. Caleb and Dwayne were responsive and dealt with all our issues in a professional and excellent manner. Definitely recommend.

  Brilliant! Caleb did a great job fixing a tricky broken pipe (tricky for access) He made the smallest possible hole in order to do the job. Polite and professional, cannot praise him highly enough, (wish our UK tradies were as diligent and efficient!) Would not hesitate to use this company again.
