Their prices were actually less than what we found in 2 other places. I highly recommend Dunedin Floors and Granite for any kitchen or floors. Oh and the have a remnant section for granite that is much cheaper priced than ordering new, cut to fit perfectly.

This all took place during the Covid 19 crisis, and it still went very smoothly. I've used Dunedin Floors and Granite, at least 3 times over the past 5 years and I've never been disappointed. The skill of the installers has been superb and the detail has been on par with my expectations. In terms of value, I am very satisfied with what I got for the money I spent. Melissa, has her stuff together. I never had to re explain anything and she always knew where we were at with things. Although this was for my home, I'm an investor and know what to expect from installers. I can sincerely say that the people did everything without a hitch, which is almost an unusual occurrence when dealing with contractor types. I highly recommend these folks and will undoubtedly use them next time.
