James’ attention to detail, knowledge, and patience helped us select the perfect tiles. Additionally, his personality made it fun! We would recommend D&B and James wholeheartedly!! 5 stars!!!!!!!

The pallet they were on was dusty and some them were broken. We had to sort through them to find enough good ones. Since, I couldn't wait three weeks for a special order, I took them anyway. But I was not completely satisfied with the product I received.

They gave me less than the square footage I ordered, overpriced shipping and slow as hell if you want to pick up the order, I don't recommend them at ALL
