  I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that I chose this company to replace our roof. Eric went above and beyond to get to the house to inspect the roof, as we were in the process of negotiating an offer on the home and needed a price for replacement. He was there within two hours and actually walked the entire roof and put his eyes on it…not with a drone!!! He had a written estimate to me that evening, and then the rest is history! Wouldn’t even consider getting another estimate as his response time, price, and professionalism exceeded all my expectations. He was in constant contact with me and kept me updated to the progression of the project via texts and pictures. His crew removed and replaced a large sized roof in two days time period, cleaned the entire property, had the dumpster hauled off, and drone footage sent to me of by the end of the second day. I cannot recommend this company enough!!!

  Eric came out and assessed our roof leak quickly and replaced the faulty boot with ease while checking the others for potential faults. Quoted me the best in the Destin area

  Eric and his team at North Florida Roofscapes did an incredible job on the roof replacement of my home. They were professional and worked quickly and cleaned the site each day to make sure we did not have debris around our home. Eric was good a communication throughout the process and did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. I am a realtor and I have also reached out to Eric for his opinion or quotes on homes my clients are considering and he is always responsive and is an expert in his field. I highly recommend North Florida Roofscapes for quality work at a competitive price. An excellent choice when you need to repair or replace your roof.
