- IUIC UFeb 22, 20234.0Sales person Kim is friendly and accommodating. All the required paper work was given immediately. But getting an update on the house and paperwork process is stressful. We understand that they are busy and we are not the only buyers. We just noticed that all of the quick move in houses took precedence over a buyer’s house which is frustrating . One year update - Make sure to hire a home inspector before closing on your house. It’s a hit or miss with contractors who build your house (from carpentry , electric, ac). Some houses have defects/irregularities. Ours had some minor issues. From experience , AW was quick to resolve any issues we had on our house which is not a lot compare to other neighbors. This neighborhood has HOA. So if you don’t like rules and set guidelines - then this community may not be for you . Not enough recreational amenities.
