You installed this air conditioner without any permits and no inspection after the unit was installed I'll be forwarding this information to the state licensing board and we will go from there. As I mentioned people these people or this company is not honest nor trustworthy and does not follow up on their work with inspections from the state.These people will not bend I had an air conditioning unit installed a year ago and 3 days after the installation contract expired they would not honor it. They've sent out two technicians at the cost of 500 bucks and the issue is still not resolved. The owner is not a reputable man

I called to get service on my mom’s condo in Century Village (she passed away 6 months ago) - Justin came for the call (last Saturday - 11/01/25) … in addition to being so kind & completely respectful 💛 he was professional and efficient & totally honest about the condition of the AC (both inside & out)! I work in an adjacent industry, so I have tons of respect for great service … and the service I received was impeccable! I am happy to be a new/future Island customer & will be calling the office by next week to request I be put on Justin’s next Saturday rotation! Could not have been more pleased…or impressed! Thank you, again, so very kindly! 💕 P. S. I am literally still in shock that I paid such a minimal price for the level/quality & amount of service provided!!
