  I was having verticals installed at my rental property and the morning of install I was sick and couldn’t meet the installer. My sister lives next door and she agreed to go for my noon appointment. I simply called the store to let them know. The manager was very rude and kept asking why I didn’t let them know when they scheduled my appointment. I don’t have a crystal ball to know I was going to be sick. He simply could have said, let me get you a number or let me see what I can do to help or anything other than unhelpful attitude. There are so many places to go and shop for same products and customer care is the reason I continue to be loyal to the places I go. If customer service is important to you then you may want to rethink where you shop!
