  Amazing experience at Trinity Gardens by Landsea Homes in Deland. Sales representative Siham Hatta provided outstanding service—always attentive and professional. Thanks to her support, my client and I enjoyed a smooth and successful home-buying process, becoming the first to close in this community. The location is excellent: close to Downtown Deland, just 30 minutes from Daytona Beach, and with quick access to I-4. I highly recommend this community!

  I’m a local realtor touring new construction communities, and Trinity Gardens really stood out during my recent visit. The homes are beautiful, ranging from 1,600 sq ft plans to spacious multi-gen options up to 4,400 sq ft. The Exbury floor plan which is the Model home especially caught my eye—open, grand, and thoughtfully designed. I also want to mention Siham, the sales advisor. She was incredibly welcoming and informative, making the visit a great experience. Definitely a community I’ll keep in mind for future clients!
