The company office called me to set up a service appointment because my generator stopped working. It turned out that my battery needed to be replaced. Their technician, Frank Loforte, extremely rude and unprofessional, demanded to pay a trip fee because it was recommended to replace the generator battery in the near future during their last visit. So he decided it was an unnecessary trip. When I disagreed with his opinion he wished me luck finding someone else to service my generator and hung up the phone. Next the office charged my credit card with the trip fee without any authorization. In the beginning they assure you that their maintenance plan takes care of everything. But later you find out there are hidden fees that a mean and disrespectful technician can impose on you at his discretion. Be careful with this extortionist!

It was obvious that David is very knowledgeable and that he knew what was needed. I am very happy with the service that was provided on my generator and I feel confident that it will run properly if I have a power outage . I will use Reliable Power next time that service is needed on my generator and I’ll request David to be the technician if possible.
