    Reliable Power has become Reliable Services and their customer service is the WORST. Their tech, while doing work at my neighbor , drove his truck up on my lawn and tore up the grass. The tech said he would report it. He didn’t. I called 5 times, sent pictures as they requested, and never got a call back from a manger. I only can speak to the receptionist answering the phone. I’ve been a customer for 10 years and I can’t even get a call back. Plenty of companies sell and install Generac generators and I would highly recommend using one of them, NOT Reliable.

    Reliable put in our generator in 2022 and did the last maintenance in April 2023. We did not get the twice a year contract because they are not timely even though they do quality work. If they say they are coming on Monday; you have to ask them 'which week which month, and which year?'. They always reschedule and never show up on time. So ..... we do keep them because of their quality work. There name 'Reliable' is a misnomer. As usual today they did not arrive at the scheduled appointment window.

    Nestor DeCardona from Reliable Power Systems performed the annual maintenance on my generator and he did an excellent job. Nestor is very knowledgeable, informative, professional, courteous and kind. Reliable Power Systems can be very pleased with the manner in which he represents their company.

    I am thinking about converting to a gas cooktop and Cesar came out to see what I am working with in my kitchen. Cesar was great and friendly. Waiting on estimate to see what the job will cost and make my decision. I was surprised that I had to pay consultation fee, which the young lady I made the appt with did not tell me about! But overall still a good experience!

    David Cole came to service my Generac generator today. There are professionals and then there are PROFESSIONALS, the main difference being that the latter have a complete understanding not just of the electrical item at issue, like a generator, but also of the interconnectedness of all electrical appliances and devices in your home. David Cole is a PROFESSIONAL. Super nice guy, too!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
