  The techs Alejandro and Leonexy arrived this morning to install a kohler generator, before starting both of them introduced themselves and explained what they will do to install the unit. I have been a contractor for many years, the installation was correct and done professionally a quality job and great clean-up when done. I'm delighted Reliable Power Systems has employees of this caliper. Definitely would recommend!

  Cesar came over to hook up the gas to our brand new generator. He was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. In fact, at each stage of installation (initial salesman, assigned project manager, trench diggers, slab installer, electricians and the gas fitter), Reliable has been excellent and very reliable.

  We recently hired Reliable Power Systems to maintain our Generac whole home generator. Our first visit was with Jevaughni Atkinson from Reliable. Jevaughni was terrific. On time. Knowledgeable and information. Helpful. Reliable!! I could not recommend this company more. A terrific start.

  My wife and I are selling our house and wanted to ensure that there are no electrical faults in our system. I got the name of your company from a friend who has used your services and was very satisfied. I called today (Saturday), my call was answered immediatly. after explaining my needs Robert Severino let me know he will be over shortly, and showed up within the hour. He did his work so well and quick, as well as being neat and friendly. the charge was fair and I intend to keep using Coharbor for all my future electrical needs. Thank you,

  The customer service is horrible. I would recommend going with a different company especially for service contracts. My Generator installation was completed on 1/1/23. They came out each year for maintenance as agreed to with the $600 / yr contract until I actually had an issue. Until I actually had an issue. I called in and the technician tells me to come out to diagnose the issue I must provide a credit card, WHAT? The unit is still under warranty, I have a service contract and you will not come out to diagnose the issue without a credit card and when I asked why, they said well if the issue is not covered by warranty or we cannot identify the problem we have to charge you. Then technician explains I just work her and provide service I did not build the Generac generator. This is a shady and unscrupulous company I recommend you stay away use someone else!
