  I contacted Gimler Plumbing and inquired about repairing a Grohe Product. I was told the owner was the only one qualified to address this issue and he had a two week backlog. I accepted these terms unconditionally.. Two weeks later the owner arrived at my residence and immediately presented a condescending demeanor and would not listen to the details of my issue. It seemed he had one foot out the door before even assessing the issue . After performing a simple “cartridge” replacement he stated that there is something wrong and he did not provide any support or solutions. He indicated that a $150.00 service call would be charged and became argumentative and demanded immediate payment. When I asked him to leave he became aggressive and provided some choice words not suitable for publication. His threats did not intimidate me having served as a Federal Agent for 34 years but this should come as a warning to those of you contemplating services from this provider. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and argumentative. Buyers beware but there are certainly other providers better qualified and more deserving of you patronage.

  Spent over $900.00 on repairs, including a leaky tub drain. The leak is still there, and when I called the business. I was rudely told that I would have to spend an additional $1200.00 to repair the leaky tub draiin. This business is only interested in upselling expensive repairs, and their customer service is very poor. Avoid this business for any plumbing issues you have.

  Very bad experience with front office woman. She swore at us and threatened to get the police after us if we don’t pay the bill . We paid the bill . Very unprofessional front office . Also they were not able to fix our issues. And we paid $150 for not having anything fixed! Huh???

  Had Gimler 3 times. Kitchen faucet replaced, shower valve replaced and toilet guts replaced. Job done as requested . Will use again if needed.
