- ERElvis RosadoFeb 19, 20261.0I am writing this to warn anyone considering a home by Stanley Martin Homes or living near one of their active builds. My experience with their construction management has been nothing short of a nightmare. • Blatant Noise Violations: They have zero respect for residential noise ordinances. I have documented video proof of their crews starting heavy construction as early as 4:00 AM. This isn't just a minor annoyance; it is a recurring violation of local laws that shows a complete lack of empathy for the families living in the area. • Negligent Site Maintenance: The job site is a constant hazard. They are either unable or unwilling to properly sweep for debris. As a result, myself and several other residents in the community have had to deal with nails in our tires. This is a direct financial cost to neighbors caused by their failure to maintain a safe workspace. • Questionable Quality: If this is how they handle the basics of site maintenance and legal compliance, I can only imagine the shortcuts being taken in the actual home builds. Their "quality of work" on the exterior is a massive red flag for the structural integrity of what’s inside. Bottom line: They are a disruption to the community and show a total disregard for the people around them. If you value your peace of mind—and your tires—look elsewhere.

Alanys demonstrated excellent customer service skills with coordinating with me do tours of the different floor plans in the community to get a better understanding of what each one offered, she was very knowledgeable with explaining the features in the various floor plans, & the specials that were being ran.

Alanys answered every question I had while working tirelessly to help me secure the home of my dreams. She supported me through all of the questions I had and didn’t hesitate to accommodate if I wanted to come by and walk through the houses again. After visiting multiple builders and not always receiving that kind of dedication and care, it was so refreshing to work with her. Highly recommend going to see Alanys at Spring Walk at the Junction if you’re wanting to purchase in the DeBary area!
