I had to figure out the different wiring but it wasn't difficult with a Youtube videos that explained every step. Thanks, Lyle and thank you Trane Supply, Daytona Beach .
- TDTed DuarteSep 1, 20181.0They allegedly offer an "emergency" parts service for the customers willing to pay, but don't count on it. I called and when prompted to press 1 for the emergency service, it forwards me to a national center that seemingly has no contact information for anyone to open the store. Finally, after 1-1/2 hours of phone hassles, the Orlando representative got a hold of someone. When that person called me, he told me 1/2 hour till he could be there, but I ended up waiting almost an hour before deciding to leave this review and still no show... This is not the type of service that Trane wants to be known for. Bad form!! This is one of the reasons why the company I work for doesn't sell Trane anymore.
