My account representative never solved any of my problems and flat out lied to my face. I asked to have our credit card removed from automatic billing and she said yes ofcourse. Can you guess what happened next, my company got an automatic charge the next month. I was told by apparently a more competent customer service agent that it is company policy to have a credit card on file. probably another lie, doesn't matter because John to Go now offers fences as well as toilets so this will be my last piece of business with this company.

Last week i called and spoke to a lady by the name of Christen Gutierrez to extend my contract for 2-3 months. She then quoted me $1,900 for 2 months which clearly doesn’t make any sense. I then made contact with her via email asking her to speak to a supervisor and nobody has responded back to me. Her co worker then emailed her and told her to reach back to via phone and she still hasn’t reached back to me. How can a contract for 2 months be $600 dollars less for a contract for 6 months. This is terrible! Christen Gutierrez needs to be fired because she’s unprofessional.
