  Joseph Joesph Joseph was incredible from start to finish!!!!!! I would recommend to everyone!!!! He took the time to walk me through every detail in a way that was clear and patient, and he helped me understand exactly what was going on with my water heater and the risks involved. He was knowledgeable, honest, and extremely thorough. He did not try to upsell anything. Instead, he explained my options so I could make the best decision for my home. What stood out most was his kindness. He treated my situation with genuine care and made a stressful moment feel manageable. He answered every question, showed me the condition of my equipment, and explained what needed to be done and why. His professionalism, integrity, and expertise are unmatched.   I had a great experience with Joe Cole Plumbing from the initial phone call to the follow up contact. I had a slab leak that was identified by a leak detection company. I asked if they had plumbers with experience in fixing this type of leak and they did. Jay came to check it out and explained how to resolve it and provided a quote which was in line with other quotes that I received. He was the first person that I felt was really knowledgeable and I was confident that the job would be done properly. They also replaced the hot water heater. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend Joe Cole plumbing.

  I had an awesome experience with this company! They were extremely helpful and got everything done in just one visit. They fixed the water lines under my kitchen sink and also repaired my gas stove line and installed my new gas stove—all in the same day. Super efficient and professional! Holden was the one who helped me and he was fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

  There are no better plumbers than Joe Cole Plumbing. In the six six weeks, they have done work at a condo that is used for my family when vacationing Broward County as well as they have work done at my condo in southeast Fort Lauderdale. They have replaced toilets, installed new fixtures, installed a MOEN device to detect water leakage when the condo is not occupied (which was an amazing suggestion that I had never even contemplated), replaced plumbing in a shower, etc. Previously, they installed a new hot water heater and it was the same high level of service. Everything they do is first class. They are the ultimate professionals and are absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I don’t often take the time to write a review but when you find professionals, especially AJ, you want others to benefit from their service and expertise. They provide you an estimate and they stick to it despite. In my opinion, you can’t do any better than this company if you have plumbing needs of any kind.

  Had the then come out to my place twice. Both times I was met with incredibly helpful and respectful gentlemen. They did a great job with the quality of replacing a shutoff valve and hose valve the first time, and the second time of very respectfully and patiently showing me how the shutoff valve actually was working properly lol. Great experiences with young men who represented the company in a great light.
