Technician performed a "repair" with absolutely no communication to me about how much repair would be before performing the service. I explained this to the owner over the phone and all he said was "we are busy so we didn't call". I let it go as the AC was "fixed" and my tenant was happy. Next day the AC stops working again. I called back and they came out very quickly to check it which I appreciated. They did however blame this on user error and not on the unit and tried to charge me another visit which I refused to pay. The issue persisted for 3 more days, leaving me no option but to hire another technician which concluded the unit did have an issue and that it had to be repaired meaning I had wasted hundreds in a repair that wasn't completed. I contacted the owner to give him the chance to fix it or to refund me as i had paid for nothing. The owner ignored me. Don't waste your time. Expensive, dishonest.
