  I wanted to provide a good review but I can’t. Very unprofessional. Stood me up twice. Then when I called to see if everything was okay, no acknowledgement of the miss, no apology just an “I’ll be there tomorrow at 9 am” only to again leave me hanging. Then just ghosted me altogether. Maybe there is a lot of demand, great, but that does not excuse poor customer service.

  Robert and his team were amazing! Communication was clearly and timely. Robert sent us pictures since we were not on site. He sent before and after pictures. Our screens to our lanai roof and lower area were replaced. The team cleaned the area and pool when they were done. We were very happy with the screen repair.
