After spending 30 minutes with the sales agent while they just talked about who Starlight Homes is we were told in order to move forward and just view the model we had to submit to a credit and income check. I have not experienced this anywhere else we have been looking so we left and did not even get to see a home.

From our sales agent Brandon Williams which was the best and helped us through the entire process and provided all the information we needed, to our superintendent Alex Sotolongo who was always there for us making sure every detail in the house was perfect, he made sure everything was corrected and completed before our closing and always keeping us updated and answering any questions we had and made us feel confident about the process. The loan officer Karen, and the Title company was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. They promptly addressed every concern we had about the home, kept us consistently updated, and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The process was smooth from start to finish, and they took the time to clearly explain every step along the way. If you're looking for a builder that truly cares about their clients and delivers excellent service, we highly recommend Starlight Homes.
