- HMHigher Height Management5 days ago5.0Tyler and Cheryl were wonderful from the beginning of the process to the end when they installed my new septic system. I'm building a new home and both of them took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I had everything needed from them to get my building permit. Tyler even came and meet with me on the property when TECO stated I didn't have enough room for them to put my power underground and have my septic in the same area. Tyler personally came and marked the area for TECO to show there was enough room. I would have spent thousands if I listened to TECO and didn't get Tyler involved. When it came time to install the system, they sent a great team which was attentive and addressed all of my husband's concerns. Thank you very much for the great service and caring about your customers.

We had no idea where it was and Johnnie located it within a minute. He explained what he was doing , the construction of our 50 year old tank, and did a thorough cleaning. Then, he had us flush toilets to test our system in order to ensure everything was working correctly. In summary, very happy with the service.

Not only did he pump out the tank, but he also went above and beyond his position to make sure that he left my house in great working condition. Not only did he explain the job he was doing, he also gave me great advice for future maintenance of my tank, and options that I had available to me. The service was reasonably price for the job preformed. Excellent job well done.
