  Mix water treatment did a great job on my osmosis system. They were very attentive to our needs and we were very satisfied.

  UPDATE--- After posting my vent, Meeks reached out to me and came to install another part. This time there were no service calls fee or parts. I am optimistic this will be the fix. So far the water does not have a smell and no black residue in the toilets. I will keep you updated. I am sorry, I have to vent. I NEVER used the water in my house as it leaves rust stains, smells and deposits black residue in the toilets. I called Meeks water treatment and asked them to come give me a solution. I explained I am from NY and have never had to deal with a well or this type of water and would be relying on their expert information. They discussed a system that would stop all the above and give us great water to drink. I agreed and we had the system installed. Had them set up on a regular visit for salt and service. So, the smell and black residue came back shortly after (just under a year) they came out looked it over and said THEY installed one of the pieces backwards and they needed to fix that AND I had to pay for labor. Yup, I did it, again, mistakes happen, ok, I dont think I should have had to pay, but. Ok, a little over a month, SAME THING. This time they tell me, again their mistake, I should have had a different unit installed not what I have and oh yes, they would give me a break on parts and labor, but I still had to pay. You guessed it, AGAIN we have the same thing, paid again for a service call to be told I need to get a plumber to come back wash my new water heater because when they had them set up in the wrong order it may have pushed sediment into the heater. Paid a plumber to come do just that, have video of NOTHING coming out of the heater and the plumber said, no way that is what is wrong. so here I sit, thousands out and still have a smell to the water and black sediment in the toilets. HELP, I am done calling Meek for them to keep charging me for THEIR mistakes. I wouldnt be SO against them if maybe they once said, Hey, this has been our problem, the service call is on us.

  NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY TO PUT IN A WHOLE HOUSE WATER SYSTEM! My sister in law had this company put in system for her. Today we were told by another company tell us that this company that put the system that Meeks did put in was put in the wrong way and was told it would cost us even more money to fix this terrible service we received from this company with a new company. After having issues in 2023 with this company blaming us for breaking the well pump and the water lines we cancelled the yearly service with them. Actually this Meeks company should have know what not to do with a water system installation and never should have broke waterlines with the pump and never installed the system backwards. This Meeks company is the worst company ever. This company should fix the issues that they did on $6500 water system for free! The business owner is the only person we will talk to about this issue. We are thinking about legal avenues we can do to this very poor job. The owner not the son is the one who needs to contact me to regards to this issue.

  Hired Meeks for a water test for a va home loan. After multiple test I kept getting negative results especially with the lead test that was waaaaaay over the legal requirements for the home to pass. After 2 show ups for testing and shocking of the well the VA had me reach out to another company to have test confirmed. I had a state agency come out and the test came back with flying colors . Ived called every single days since I got the new results and it goes strated to voicemail. I was robbed for a thousand dollars with no results other than they can install a water softener for passing results. Staaaaaaay so far away from this company
