- ADAimee DarwinOct 13, 20251.0NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY TO PUT IN A WHOLE HOUSE WATER SYSTEM! My sister in law had this company put in system for her. Today we were told by another company tell us that this company that put the system that Meeks did put in was put in the wrong way and was told it would cost us even more money to fix this terrible service we received from this company with a new company. After having issues in 2023 with this company blaming us for breaking the well pump and the water lines we cancelled the yearly service with them. Actually this Meeks company should have know what not to do with a water system installation and never should have broke waterlines with the pump and never installed the system backwards. This Meeks company is the worst company ever. This company should fix the issues that they did on $6500 water system for free! The business owner is the only person we will talk to about this issue. We are thinking about legal avenues we can do to this very poor job. The owner not the son is the one who needs to contact me to regards to this issue.

We are having problems with the system and the well water is stinking. He ...the owner, made us an appointment for July 23, 2025, late afternoon . No one showed up....no text, no phone call. I called July 24, 2025 and left a message, no return call. PLEASE DO NOT USE MEEKS, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!! If the owner doesn't care no one will! EDIT.... The owner ONLY responded and left a message AFTER this review.

- MMM MahtesianDec 10, 20215.0I'm writing this review as a thanks to Meeks Water Treatment Company. They have treated me well regarding service, installation and maintenance on my well system. Recently, the transformer on my UV light quit working and I assumed it would take weeks to get a replacement transformer and have my UV light back up and running. Phillip, from Meeks diagnosed the problem and within the hour returned to my house with a replacement transformer and had my UV light up and running immediately. I would recommend Meeks Water Treatment to anyone with a well system in Crystal River.
