He was extremely professional (with a power point and folder with information) and followed up many times to help me find my ideal flooring. After accumulating 3 bids, I knew Floor Coverings International was the way to go. The floors would be warrantied with a reputable company and done right. His wife, Kirsten, took over with installation and she was also very helpful. I was not present for most of the project and she communicated perfectly. We experienced a major hiccup in the bathroom with deteriorated plywood from a leak, and Kirsten was on it with the best course of action along with other bids for remodel. Flooring Coverings International was competitive in price, drove out to my remote house many times to show me flooring, and backs up their work. I have seen pictures of floors gone wrong and know my floor will be beautiful for many years. Thanks you!!”
