Shane was my technician on a call seversl years ago and I have requested him each year since for my annual unit service. He is very professional, very nice, and does an amazing job. I would recommend Bay Area AC as I have never had a bad experience with them. From requesting a service through the work being done, everyone I have dealt with has been professional and I have always been charged a reasonable price.

The two Mikes were here all day and when they left I was a happy camper! They even cleaned up after themselves. The other day my new thermostat stopped working…when it was really cold! Yes, from one extreme to another. Anyway, I called and they were here the next morning (only because I wasn’t going to be home that same day). I have had only good experiences from all the ladies at customer service to all the technicians that have been to my home. I’m happy to say that I have already recommended them to family and friends.

I like that they have a detailend checklist of items that ensures consistent service too. Always leaves it purring. I have a service contract that includes once a year tuneup N/C. They called me and reminded hadn’t done it.

He explains everything that was done. This company, from the office staff to the technicians, has always been very professional and prompt with their service calls. I highly recommend them.
